For last year’s words belong to last year’s language

And next year’s words await another voice.

And to make an end is to make a new beginning

T.S Eliot

So, 20 is my age this month and I could honestly say, I’m ready to put a glass (of strawberry milk, haha) in the air in saying cheers to new beginnings. Because there are some things in life that you can’t get back, and there are somethings where you wish you hadn’t done. It’s just all about how you take it all in, most importantly learn from it and carry on.Sitting down and writing this post really just teaches me a lot about myself, where I am in my goals, and where I feel like I could do more or be more.

I’m back in Jogja’s soils, experiencing its stifling heat, road dust and a day away from getting my head stuck in books and assignments once again. But I can say that I’m excited to flip a new page in this book of life that I’m writing and become an even better person. Yes, cliched as that soundsI always want to be myself but, I want to be a better version of me.

You can’t turn back time but you can always turn things around.

That’s the way I like to see it.

And that’s what I’m going to do.
